The Service allows users to list physical product drops at specific locations (in‑person events) and enables others to sign up for SMS notifications about those drops.

Service Features: Product drop listings, location-based notifications, SMS alert system, user registration and management, event coordination tools.

You must register with a valid phone number. We use SMS for verification and optional drop alerts. By registering, you consent to receive SMS messages, including marketing or informational content.

Important: You can withdraw consent and opt out at any time by replying "STOP" to any SMS; note this may deactivate your access to SMS-based functions.

All users must adhere to the following community standards and behavioral guidelines:

Your phone number is used for verification and SMS only—you control if and how others see it. You may optionally choose to make elements of your profile public (e.g., username).

Privacy Controls: Users have granular control over their profile visibility, including the ability to hide personal information and control who can see their activity.

We don't charge for messages, but standard carrier rates may apply. We are not responsible for delivery delays.

Note: Message delivery is subject to your mobile carrier's network conditions and policies. Some carriers may charge additional fees for SMS delivery.

All content and technology we provide is our property. You may not use it beyond permitted use.

Permitted Use: Personal, non-commercial use of the Service in accordance with these Terms. Any commercial use requires written permission from Dropshop Drops, LLC.

We may integrate with third-party services (e.g., SMS gateways). We're not responsible for their errors or performance.

Third-Party Services: Our Service may include links to or integration with third-party services. These services have their own terms and privacy policies.

The Service is provided "as is". We disclaim all warranties. Liability to you or third parties is limited to the maximum extent allowed by law.

Important Disclaimer: We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or compatibility with all devices or browsers.

We may revise these Terms at any time. We'll post updates and update the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use after the change means you accept the revised Terms.
